The most important relationship of your life
We spend so much of our lives tending to everything outside us — our relationships, our work, our endless to-do lists, everyone else's needs. And somewhere in all that giving, the one relationship that quietly shapes all the others gets forgotten: the relationship with ourselves.
When you don't fully trust yourself, you hand your power to other people. When you don't feel safe inside, you go looking for safety in partners, in food, in over-working, in pleasing. When you don't believe you're enough, no amount of success ever feels like enough.
This is why I always begin here — not with finding the right partner, not with earning more, not with fixing your body. We begin with you.
Because when the relationship with yourself starts to heal, everything downstream begins to shift on its own. You second-guess yourself less. You start to receive. The panic softens. You come home to your own body.
It isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming back to who you were before the world taught you to shrink. And that — gently, patiently — can be healed.
If any of this feels like you, I'd love to talk. — Lina
